About WEBP to PNG conversion
FileFy decodes the source image and writes a PNG result.
What WebP to PNG preserves
PNG can retain the decoded WebP image's alpha channel, so it is the better FileFy output when transparent pixels need to remain transparent.
The result is still a raster image made from pixels; conversion does not turn it into editable vector artwork. A PNG may also be larger than a WebP containing the same picture.

File handling
The original upload is removed after processing. Each result receives a storage-based expiry period of 3 to 10 minutes when processing completes. Once assigned, that period is not shortened afterward.
