About MOV to MP4 conversion
FileFy reads the MOV content with its matching parser and writes a compatible MP4 result. Complex layout may be simplified.
MOV streams are re-encoded for MP4
FileFy writes H.264 video and AAC audio in an MP4 container, targeting 5 Mbps for video and 192 kbps for audio when those streams are present.
Because the streams are encoded again, the process is not a lossless container rename. The MP4 output is aimed at broad browser and device playback.

File handling
The original upload is removed after processing. Each result receives a storage-based expiry period of 3 to 10 minutes when processing completes. Once assigned, that period is not shortened afterward.
